Quick At-Home Workouts: Tone Your Arms
One of the things I've found really important as a mom, is to have really strong arms. With four kids and all the things that come along with four kids - car seats, groceries, larger toys, you name it - having strong arms can make my life a little less exhausting (and a lot more fun!).
Here's a demonstration of some of my favorite workouts for arms that can easily be done in the comfort of your own home:
The three exercises shown are:
- Push-ups
- Triceps Extensions
- Triceps Dips
Work however many reps of these that you can around your other daily activities to make sure you are keeping your arms strong and making your parenting life a little bit easier!
